Another Real Madrid Star hints at Leaving the Champion’s League Winners

Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovacic has joined the likes of Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo in suggesting that his future could lie away from the club.

The Croatian was reluctant to be drawn into the conversation surrounding his future but he said he intends to play more next season.

“I believe I’ll play more, whether in Real or somewhere else,” he told reporters on Friday.

“Now is the time for me to play.”

The 24 year old played a bit part role for the Champions League winners last season as Zinedine Zidane preferred Toni Kroos, Luca Modric and Casemiro ahead of him. He ended up making 36 appearances for the club with only 10 starts in the league.

The former Inter midfielder has been linked with Manchester united, Juventus and Tottenham
