Find OUT! What happened to Pastor James Ng’ang’a In Road Accident Case

Pastor James Ng’ang’a of Neno Evangelism Centre has been cleared of the charge of killing by dangerous driving. Ng’ang’s was acquitted at a Limuru court on Friday along with driver Simon Kuria and police officers Christopher Nzioka and Patrick Baya. Chief Magistrate Godfrey Oduor claimed that the prosecution did not produce enough evidence to convict the fours.

The pastor was accused of driving Range Rover Sport KCD 060Q carelessly on August 26 2015, causing the death of a woman. Kuria and Nzioka were accused of giving false information to police while Baya was booked for neglecting his duties.

However, after the judgment, the woman victim’s relatives said they would appeal the ruling as they were dissatisfied.

Ng’ang’a had always claimed innocence and blamed the media for tarnishing his image.
