Celebrated Media personality Jahmby Koikai popularly known as Fyah Mummah has narrated emotional events before gracing Buju Banton’s concert.
In a long Instagram post, overjoyed Jahmby disclosed that she was sick for a week and her doctor told her that she might not be able to perform at the concert which was held over the weekend at KICC.
Adding that the postponed of the Buju Banton’s concert gave her time to deal with her right lung.
“It never looked like I’d be back on stage to do what I love to do. It is overwhelming. I’d been sick all week and my doctors said to me, let’s observe you because you might not be able to do the show. Then the show was postponed. I was happy because that gave me time to deal with my right lung. I’m recovering from a disease that has no cure, “reads part of Jahmby’s post.
Fyah Mummah went on to say that her being on stage was a miracle since she has been battling with Thoracic Endometriosis that affected her right lung a week before the show.
“Njambi being on that stage is nothing but a miracle. A MIRACLE. To all my fans from way back and the new ones, i say thank you and God bless you abundantly for being my people. I have so much stuff lined up for all of you,” she wrote.
“I didn’t get to perform all that I’d prepared. I got on stage and was overwhelmed by all your love and the time was short. I say THANK YOU and God bless you abundantly”.
Being an EndoWarrior,Jahmby disclosed that she is managing her recovery with heavy drugs.
“I’m managing my recovery with heavy drugs that I will take for years. I survived something that still amazes all of us. The propensity and extent of damage this disease caused in my body are inexplicable,”she said.
