If all the 20 candidates pay the nomination fee, then ODM will have a cool 5 million in their accounts by 2PM on Tuesday. That is a very good amount. Anyone who gets the ODM ticket will be the favourite to be the next Kibra MP as this is considered to be Raila’s stronghold.
