Good Morning Kenyans.
We are just four days into the new year and the political drama between the Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, escalated to a new level.
Other politicians joined the fray with some supporting Gachagua while others came to the aid of the first time governor.
Some leaders from the Mt Kenya region called for the impeachment of Sakaja over his move to kick out matatus from the CBD.
The tables, however, turned with recent calls for the removal of Rigathi as the second in command.
Bumula MP Jack Wamboka stepped into the spotlight after he vowed to move a motion to remove the first time deputy president.
According to the opposition MP, the ex-Mathira lawmaker’s conduct is unacceptable.
He further added that the vocal leader had failed to unite the country.
This brings us to the the big question, should DP Gachagua be impeached?
