The attacker is well known to Moses Kuria as he revealed his name and also mentioned that he is the minority whip in Nairobi County.
However, amid the mistreatment he faced fro the MCA, Kuria has shifted blames to ODM party leader Raila Odinga.
Speaking in Naivasha, where Jubilee MPs are assembling for a parliamentary meeting, Kuria vowed not to support Raila despite the mistreatments he faced.
He insinuated that he was unwanted at the BBI event for not supporting the ODM boss.

Kuria and other Jubilee MPs have convened a retreat in Naivasha Resort to discuss a way forward on 2022 politics and also come up with a strategy of countering the BBI wave.
The William Ruto allied politicians have been sceptical of the BBI report claiming that Raila Odinga is using the report as a gateway to the presidency in 2022.
