1.Sleeping on Your Stomach
Sleeping on your stomach feels so good but it’s bad for your twins because it squeezes your breasts against the mattress for hours. Sleeping on your back is your best bet as sleeping on your side stretches out your breast ligaments.
2.Skipping Sunscreen
If your boobs will be exposed to the sun, slather on some sunscreen because sun damage will weaken your skin causing your tatas to sag.
3.Smoking
Smoking will not only wreak havoc on your lungs but also your breasts. This is because smoking decreases blood supply to the skin surface weakening and ageing your skin.

Other researchers claim that wearing bras can cause your boobs to sag so proceed with caution.
5. Crash Dieting
If you want to keep your boobs right and tight don’t go on a crash diet or gain weight fast as these processes damage your breasts’ elasticity.
