Responding to chaotic situations by students is one thing, but exhibiting animalistic behaviors on a another human being without remorse, is a line that should not be crossed.

This begs the question, where is the line in the sand for such rogue police officers?

If the tables were turned and a civilian was meting out such a punishment on the law enforcers, well lets just say, the tune would have been different from the Interior CS Fred Matiangi and IG Hilary Mutyambai.
