Ugandan Comedian Anne Kansime is on the receiving end over how she hosted the just concluded East African Got Talent Show.
The reactions come after the final season which went down Sunday night, resulting in the crowning of Ugandan Duo singers as winners.
Before the finals, Kansime had expressed her excitement saying that she was looking forward to experiencing the rush of announcing the winner, a task many feel was not well executed.
A number of Kenyans have expressed their dissatisfaction over how she generally handled the show. Others went even further to advise her to stick to comedy.
Some comedians like Eric Omondi, Chipukeezy, and MC Jessy are believed to be multitalented and do well when it comes to emceeing events. However many social media users have passed very harsh judgment in regard to Kansime’s case.
In April, Kansime broke the news of her association with the iconic show revealed how she could not contain her excitement. Perhaps her fans had great expectations from her.
Apart from Kansime’s performance, several people equally complained about the choice of the judges. Despite the social media hate and criticism, a few of Kansime fans have defended her saying that she did her best.
