Why Barcelona Believes The Job Isn’t Yet Over Against Liverpool

Liverpool was arguably the hardest team that Barcelona encountered this season.

Barcelona cannot at any time write off Liverpool after a classic display the Reds showed at Nou Camp.

Liverpool controlled the larger part of the match and Barcelona could not imagine how the Reds were sure of themselves.

Klopp’s defense was intact and they managed to stop several balls from Barca players like Messi and Suarez.

However, the two Blaugrana stars managed to break the defense and used the few chances they got to convert to goals, a total of three goals were bagged.

The victory means that Barca are the favorites to proceed to the final since Liverpool may not easily beat them 4-0 at Old Trafford.

But wait, that is not the same feeling at Nou Camp. According to reports, Barca addressed at the dressing room and told “the job isn’t over yet.” Despite winning 3-0, no one is thinking about the final.

Owing to how Liverpool played at Nou Camp, anything can happen, this is football. The Blaugranas are acknowledging how pig-headed Liverpool were and they cannot just write them off.

Barcelona will be travelling to England on Tuesday to meet Liverpool at Anfield for their second leg of the Champions League semi-final.
