‘My burial will be sold out!’ Akothee proclaims

‘Yote ni vanity!’

The harsh reality that life and material things are temporary and fleeting has hit Akothee hard this Monday morning. The cold season sure is unapologetically working wonders to our Kenyan celebrities.

Akothee has just been confronted by the truth that she may be famous now with all the big names but after she dies, she will be just like any another corpse.

Akothee is not new to loss making many wonder what has provoked her deep thoughts on life and death. This has hit the songstress hard as she turned to social media to share her thoughts.

akotheekenyaToday they call me All names AKOTHEE ,MADAMBOSS , SIBUORMADHAKO
When God will take away his breath , my names will change drastically toΒ
BODY ,MAITI , CASCET , MWILI , make up or hair will be not make sense anymore πŸ€”
My burial will be all sold out than my shows, not for any reasons but because o one will compete with a dead body, most will come to witness if I was really living a real life, or the things I was posting that made them feel jealous were true πŸ€” no need for road showπŸ€” or hype . the number of people visiting me when I am in hospital or in need can’t be compared to the number of those who wants to be with me when all looks sugar ❀, after doing all rubbish in my life, I sat down in a corner , looked at life from a distance πŸ€” then the word “YOTE NI VANITY” made some sense , and The only person that never changes is MY LIVING GOD , HE WAS THERE when I had nothing , he has been there when those things were coming , He is still here as I live my dreams ,WHO CAN QUESTION GOD ? When I was naked ,He dressed me, when I was down in the mud He picked me, when I was sick He healed me, when I was hungry He fed me, when I was hopeless He gave me hope , when I hit the walls, He made a crack and I saw another rootΒ
As you feel worn out today πŸ™πŸ™
Just typeΒ
WHO CAN QUESTION YOU OOOH LORD πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ and type AMEN

So with all these thoughts, Akothee got a wake-up call that all she has are material things that will soon perish but the love of God will never fade.

Akothee is one of the richest Kenyan artistes but she has realized that all those titles are flimsy and perishable hence dedicating her life to Christ is the only true wealth.

In another post, she said that wordly things cost people sleepless nights and she knows this now that she has acquired all the money, shoes, cars and houses she ever dreamt of.

THERE IS NO AMOUNT OF WEALTH THAT CAN FILL YOUR CUP IF NOT GOD FIND ABALANCE πŸ™ Sometime back , my friends laughed at me that I had only one pair of brown shoes , yet they had all types of heels πŸ€” but it dint break me because I knew my children needed food , shelter, medication and clothing , this was priority, they laughed because they din't know my story , and what God had for me in store πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™today I have wadrobes of shoes , yet I can only put on one pair at a time πŸ€” the hunger of new shoes left me when I realized new shoes doesn't make a person new ! I was hungry for owning homes , today I can only sleep in one bed and be at one place at a time, some homes have not seen me since 5 monthsπŸ€” , I recieved photos of rats dealing with the kitchen properly πŸ€”Today I am tired of shopping for it only adds baggage in my wadrobes πŸ€”, after puting it on taking pictures , I dont feel like putting it on again πŸ€” I wanted to own cars , yes all came to pass and I ended up jumping from one garage to the other πŸ€” you know what @bettymuteikyallo The hunger of wanting doesn't stop, the more you get the more you want , and the higher you go , your bills also go up, you loose people and friends along the way,and life becomes very lonely up there for money comes with lots of evil , we only need to go for what we need, and find a balance , the worldly things costs you sleepless nights and accumulated enemies for nothing ! so if you on this page , and you think you are suffering because you cant afford something's now, just know God will provide πŸ€” you went to bed , did you worry about waking up ? NO ,you thought its a right ! Some families woke up in pain, some hungry, some never woke up. Today I can miss food because I have no time to eat , I end up eating bread and fanta in the car πŸ€”, someone somewhere has all the time , but no food to eat πŸ€” The Lord will provide you with what you need , just be patient and never give up Wishing you lovely week Type God fill my cup πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™ #Godfillmycup

She confirms that humans are insatiable beings and once one gets what they want, they seek more. It’s an endless rat race to death and only contentment in God is the way.
