How a Tanzanian national has been using children with special needs to live large in Kenya

Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations on Thursday evening arrested 30-year-old Musa Mabula, a Tanzanian national in Maua Town.

Mabula was arrested on suspicion of trafficking children with special needs and using them to beg at various strategic points.

Three children aged about 12 years were rescued by DCI and are in safe hands.

The Tanzanian National is set to be charged Today( Friday).

This is not the first case to be reported in Kenya. About five years ago, several other people living with disabilities were lured into Kenya to do the same business in Mombasa.

One of the leading TV stations in Kenya exposed the dirty business leading to the arrest of the woman behind the business.
