President Uhuru Kenyatta on Thursday held bilateral talks with his China counterpart Xi Jinping in Beijing.
According to pictures shared on social media by State House, Uhuru was accompanied by Three Cabinet Secretaries; Peter Munya, James Macharia and Monica Juma.
However conspicuously missing from the meeting was former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Earlier on, Raila had also shared pictures of himself in Beijing attending the
second Belt and Road forum.
There has been an uproar back home after it was revealed that Raila and Uhuru had traveled to China to seek for more Chinese loans for the construction of the Malava-Kisumu-Busia SGR.
