How Makueni mother and sons from hell conspired to kill entire neighbor’s family

A mother and her two sons were Wednesday arrested in Makueni for allegedly killing a 70-year-old woman and her son in a suspected land row.

Makueni County Commissioner Maalim Mohammed said the deceased were hacked to death with a machete while ploughing their farm at Ndolo location in Kilungu Sub-county.

The county commissioner said the bodies of the victims bore deep cuts.

The suspects were detained at Kilome Police Station wile the bodies of the deceased were taken to Kilome Nursing Home mortuary.

Elsewhere, a Nairobi court on Wednesday summoned former Nominated MP Betty Tett and her husband William Tett to appear and explain the authenticity of a letter produced by their adopted son who is serving a life sentence for robbery with violence.

Appearing before Chief Magistrate Francis Andayi, the couple’s adopted son – David Tett — claimed signatures appearing in the Victim Impact Statement dated April 8, 2019 and written on April 4, 2019 are forgeries.

“On April 8, 2019 I was served with a suspicious document and I would like to cross examine the alleged author who is William Tett and another witness concerning the documents,” said David, who was representing himself.

In a short ruling, the court summoned the two to confirm whether indeed they are the authors and whether the statements are from the victims.

David filed an application to review his sentence before Magistrate Andayi but his foster father – William — is opposing it in the disputed Victim Impact Statement.

The matter will be heard on May 22, 2019.
