Jubilee at the verge of collapsing! Here are the root causes…

With the recent political drifts and blame games in jubilee party, one will not need rocket science to prove that the party is in shambles and destined for major fallout if efforts to restore it are not made.

One side allied to Deputy President William Ruto are busy blaming the rift on Raila Odinga while the other side allied to the president are blaming Ruto and his brigade for undermining the President’s big our agendas.

It has been over a year since the handshake that was meant to unite Kenyans and an attempt to put the country in order but since then, little has been achieved.

Several jubilee members have talked about the handshake being a red flag in the party’s relations, which has resulted in more chaos than calm. As the index finger is pointed at Raila Odinga as being the mastermind of the downfall of the Jubilee party, the other four fingers point back to the members who have the answers to their problems.

unless it is not basic science as it seems to us, the handshake involves unmasking their dirty linen and bringing them out for the public to see. These fears are evident and none of the jubilee members shouting about disunity know how to wear a poker face.

In recent times, politicians like Kipchumba Murkomen have openly shown their fear without even knowing that they are projecting it. Scandals are being unearthed by the day and it is impossible to peg foul play as the reason why we are losing taxpayers money, yet that is the information leaders in powerful positions who are tasked with using taxpayers money sparingly, are feeding us.

This chorus that members of the jubilee party keep singing now sounds like a hidden agenda that could be unearthed if the handshake continues to be in place.

The DCI who has been at the forefront in nabbing corrupt leaders is receiving negative attention from a section of the leaders in the jubilee party. It goes without saying that this could be fear that their forty days are almost coming to an end.

It is also worrying that the members  are crying of disintegration in the party yet the president who is also the party leader by default can easily unify them as it stands.

The question that begs, why is Uhuru turning a deaf ear on his allies? A legacy that will be left by this government is the endless looting leaders have done and less action from the president who keeps begging for more money every chance he gets.

At this point, trying to revive the party is close to impossible. The president wants to leave a good legacy and his corrupt party members will only drag him down, hence the reason he has been thrown to the wolves. But why cry of disunity now? Did the president stop his shenanigans with his party members and is now looking for new playmates?

In an alternate universe that jubilee members have the unity that they so desire now, what would they do differently to make this country great and leave a good legacy? The answer still remains the same
