Esther Passari Babu Owino among prominent people who attended Prophet Owour’s peace prayer rally

Repentance and Holiness Church leader Prophet Owuor over the weekend held a peace prayer rally at Uhuru park that was attended by close to ‘one million’ Kenyans.

Among the prominent people who attended the prayer rally is non other than Embakasi East member of Parliament Babu Owino and Nairobi Women Rep Easter Passaris.

Taking to his Facebook page, the former SONU leader said that Kenya as a country founded on the spiritual strength of God which has propelled its peaceful coexistence amongst the citizenry.

“I joined other leaders in a unity prayer rally led by Prophet Owuor of the Ministry of Repentance and Holiness at Uhuru Park attended by close to one million Kenyans,

“Kenya is a nation founded in the belief of God. It is through His Almighty Hand that we have been guided through difficult moments in the past to prosperity,” read his post

He, however, added that Kenya stands on pillars of oneness and election will not divide Kenyans as many thought it would have emerged after the 2017 elections

“Many thought that the country would be torn apart following the 2017 General Election but here we are today celebrating the Handshake that has brought Kenyans together,” he added

The legislator further stated that it’s through Gods providence and guidance that H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga shook hands.

“We thank the Lord for softening the hearts of H. E Uhuru Kenyatta and H. E Raila Odinga causing them to put the country first and agree to work together,” he reiterated.
