Just why has President Uhuru Kenyatta’s social media accounts been suspended?
Did he break any law? Well, as a head of state and a man with many advisors for that matter, the issue of breaking social media regulations does not just add up.
Of importance to note is the fact that before the social media accounts went missing, the President had posted a stern warning to corrupt individuals and those derailing the war on corruption being spearheaded by him and other agencies like the DCI.
“If you are corrupt we will fight you. You can be my brother or my sister or my closest political ally, but if you are corrupt we will fight you,” Posted Uhuru.
Just after this post that led to mixed reactions among Kenyans and leaders on twitter, Uhuru’s twitter account was temporarily suspended with claims that someone had unlawfully gained access to it.
Could it be that it was not the president that had posted the hard hitting warning to corrupt individuals?
Well, the plot thickens.
