Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko was forced to upgrade a lion statue which had been erected in Nairobi City Center after Kenyans made fun of it and termed it as ridiculous.
The lion statue that was erected on University way roundabout and Kenyans were not impressed by the sculpture stating that it was done as a shoddy job and did not deserve to be in the city.
The upgrade is said to have been done last night and some Kenyans who passed by that route claim there was a traffic snarl up at some point.
The new statue has proved to Kenyans on the power of social media and people are now impressed by the changes that have been made.
Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko has made it one of his key agenda to make sure that the beautification in the city will result to an admirable transformation.
