President Uhuru Kenyatta’s firing of Sports CS Rashid Echesa is cosmetic surgery on the nose of a bed ridden heart patient, top Lawyer Nelson Havi has said.
According to the lawyer, the head of state needs to perform an open heart surgery to deal with the blocked pulmonary artery and vein, which to him are Finance, Energy, Agriculture, Water and Mining.
Many Kenyans, though happy about the President’s move, are still not contented with the reshuffle.
They had expected to see more big names wrapped off the ministry, only to see the name of Echesa who has been replaced by Ambassador Amina Mohamed.
