Deputy President Dr. William Ruto has on Friday said that national government is committed to collaborate with the pastoralist counties to address marginalization through infrastructure programmes and checking under-representation.
Speaking at the Pastoralists Leadership Summit, in Garissa Town, Garissa County, Ruto said that the collaboration will harness the potential of those areas with regards to livestock, leather industries and natural resources; increasing investments and promoting tangible development.
