Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko this time round has responded swiftly to the warning of the weatherman that the city could experience heavy rains in March.
Rainy seasons have always caused havoc to the city residents due to the blocked drainage system.
Sonko tweeted that the measures are put in place to prevent river pollution and drainage blockage.
