‘Ladies, Make Your Stretch Marks Disappear With Breast Milk,’ Chantelle Clarke

Chantelle Clarke, from Alberter Canada, has just revealed that her secret weapon for getting rid of stretchmarks in just two weeks is her very own breast milk. The mother of one gave birth in December and applied the breast milk to one area of her stretch marks and it went from dark red to light red in just two weeks after she applied breast milk to the area every time she nursed.

The photos of her ‘tiger stripes’ she posted on facebook have go viral. The image showed how the stretchmarks on one side of her body had dramatically faded. In her post, which has now been shared more than 11,000 times and has had more than 11,000 reactions, Chantelle, who is mother to two-month-old Sophia Lee, revealed the details of her experiment.

Chantelle, who is in a relationship with partner Dustin Crawley, stressed there was “nothing wrong with stretchmarks” but it was “nice to know they can fade faster”.

She wrote on Facebook: “Been doing it for about 3 weeks now. My baby is now 2 months old. I noticed a big difference not just on coloring but also in depth of my stretchmarks. I posted this after my mom convinced me to share with other moms. I cannot promise it will work 100% for everyone but it definitely helps! I know a lot of people think this is fake but it honestly is not. I am on day 6 of starting on other side of my tummy.

“They have gone from dark red to light red now. Starting to get light purple on edges.

“Like I said before it’s not just the lightning up that is amazing but also it helps with the depth if marks.

“I am not trying to deceive anyone or trying to get likes or shares. I am truly just trying to inform other moms.

“There’s is nothing wrong with stretch marks but it is nice to know they can fade faster.’

Nearly 7,000 people have commented on Chantelle’s post.

Sydney Maracle added: “Definitely trying. Breast feeding this baby anyways.”

While Keeley Dandy wrote: “People should embrace their tiger stripes some women will never get them and never know the feeling of growing a little human inside and creating this marks #beproud #overconfidence.”

The NHS recommends exclusively breastfeeding a baby until they are six months – and the World Health Organisation advises continuing to breastfeed until a child is two.

The healing powers of breast milk have long been documented – with mothers admitting to using their milk to heal their child’s ailments – from a scraped knee, to a sore eye.

Chantelle admitted she was feeling a “bit self-conscious thinking of not having a nice body any more” before Sophia Lee was born. She added that during her pregnancy she used coconut oil on her stomach, ate healthy meals and practiced yoga.
