Inspector Officer in trouble,stolen items and rolls of bhang recovered in his house

Police Officers have recovered several stolen items and rolls of bhang, belonging to one Inpector Officer in Kahara, Kiambu.

This happened on February 6,after two Ethiopian nationals Temesgen Daka and Tesfaye Shebeshi Assefahe reported they had been robbed of their valuables by officers who arrested them.

The two who were nabbed for being unlawfully in Kenya accused the arresting officers of stealing one laptop and a wrist watch from them.

The officers denied the claims after they were asked about the involvement during the operation.

Kiambaa sub county OCPD Ngare Riko, conducted a search in the houses of the officers who were allegedly involved in the arrest and that is when two laptops,  22 rolls of bhang were found in the house of Administration Police Inspector identified as Nyagah.

“An inventory was prepared and signed by the above mentioned officers and also witnessed by AP sergeant Jackson Kimanthi andu Admistration Police seargeat Josphine Migaine,” police said in an OB report.
