The world record for the most sex partners in a day is held by one Lisa Sparks who slept with 919 men in 24 hours. Yes, 919 men.
Lisa Sparks, an adult film actress competed against two women back in 2004 to break the 759 men in a day.
According to her: “The record is 919. It was set in ’04 in Poland. I had a blast… a little sore for a few weeks but I had fun. It was kind of like an out of body experience to be able to finish without stopping. The event was suppose to take place at an adult convention.
She spent a good solid 94 seconds dedicated to each one.
2.Most orgasms in an hour

Seems impossible, right? but when you add 7 sets of triplets, 16 pairs of twins and 4 sets of quadruplets and bam.. there is 69.
