Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter is facing treasury bond forgery charges. He was charged together with Madat Saburali and Johnstone Arthur Sakwa.
Today, Kenya Police have issued an arrest warrant for MP Keter after he failed to appear in court.
Keter was scheduled to appear in court for for pre-trial hearing of the Ksh.633 million Treasury Bond forgery case alongside two others, businessmen Arthur Sakwa and Madat Saburali.
Today’s case was to confirm whether exhibits and other documents the prosecution intends to rely on the case have been supplied to the defence.
The matter has been pushed to February 14 for further directions.
Keter and two businessmen Madat Saburali and Arthur Sakwa have been out on a Sh2 million bail after they were charged with forgery
