Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa has delved into politics of development as she insists that it remains to be her core agenda.
The MP has says that she is dedicated to her duties and even though she faced backlash after her expulsion from ODM party.
The MP together with Suleiman Dori of Msambweni were expelled from the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) following a decision by the party’s National Executive Council (NEC).
ODM’s National Executive Council resolved to adopt a report by the party disciplinary committee which recommended the expulsion of the two lawmakers over alleged gross misconduct.
Earlier yesterday, Aisha Jumwa was at Goshi primary school for a fund raise and also promised to construct 4 classrooms that once completed will enable pupils to study in a good conducive environment.
The MP stated that education will still be her top priority to ensure that her people have good quality of education since it’s the best resource in life that can be given to children.
In regard to her woes with the ODP party, Aisha Jumwa says that she is ready to fight till justice prevails.
