Fred Matiang’i continues to receive plaudits from all over the country following his recent elevation by President Uhuru Kenyatta to the core of the Cabinet. The latest group of Kenyans to laud the CS is a group of Kenyan Musicians who have released a great song accompanied with Visuals to celebrate the no nonsense CS.
Matiang’i will take charge of the implementation and monitoring of all development projects initiated and funded by the national government through a new Cabinet sub-committee.
The sub-committee will be known as the National Development Implementation and Communication Cabinet Committee. It brings on board all CSs, Attorney General Kihara Kariuki and Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua.
Under the new directive, the conceptualisation, monitoring, implementation and evaluation will be done right from the grassroots.
Matiang’i is also a known performer will a great track record at all the ministries he has headed.
At the Ministry of Information Technology, he helped Kenya get into the Digital era of Television. In the Education Ministry,he helped do away with Cartels that spearheaded cheating in National exams.
At the Interior and Coordination Ministry, Matiang’i has done a lot already and even went out of his way to bring back sanity to our roads through the now famous Michuki crackdown.
Matiangi song by Redspaxx ft. Panya Mtu is a congratulatory message to the CS for the good work he has been doing for kenyans and also for bringing solutions to situations and using his position well as a leader to “LAINISHA KENYA” .
The artistes have urged Matiang’i to continue doing the great job so that other leaders may learn from him.
