Did Octopizzo kill 19 year old Strathmore University student? Here is what Kenyans are saying

Famous hip hop musician Octopizzo  has been mentioned severally in the death of Strathmore University student Kenneth Abom, in a story that is about to take a very ugly turn.

Octopizzo may join Jacque Maribe and Okoth Obado as some of the Kenyan celebrities who have been charged with murder in recent times. But unlike Obado and Maribe, the rapper’s story is a bit complicated since the victim broke into Octopizzo’s house and then later jumped from his parents’ apartment on fourth floor. So it is a bit complicated.

According to the deceased’s brother, Mr Paul Abom, Kenneth came running to the house which is on the fourth floor with a cut on the right side of his head and a blood-stained shirt.

“He went straight to the bathroom to clean himself up and the next thing we knew he had jumped through the window to the ground,” said Paul. “He was rushed to Nairobi Women’s Hospital and then referred to Kenyatta National Hospital where doctors [said] that he would recover,”

The family believes that Octopizzo has something to do with their son’s death. But the rapper has denied the allegations.

Speaking on the phone with KTN, Octopizzo said; “No, I did not hit the boy. His father was the first person I talked to after the incident. I did not know why he came in my house. An hour later, we heard that the boy dropped from the fourth floor,” Octopizzo said.

Kenyans have had different opinions about the matter:
