Amani National Congress Leader has clearly set it out that he is interested in the Country’s top most seat. His affirmation to this has however done little to bring any meaningful support towards his bid.
He has faced rebellion even from his backyard of Western Kenya with a section of leaders arguing that his Presidential holds no water and that he stands no chance of beating people like William Ruto.
A number of leaders from the Luhyia nation have often called on him to engage them in his plans as they are the voice of people at the grassroots.
Navakholo MP Emmanuel Wangwe has joined the talk and asked Mudavadi to repackage himself for national politics.
Wangwe while addressing at Eregi Grounds in a burial service, asked ANC leader to repackage himself differently to take another stab at the Presidency.
He pointed out that it would not be easy to make it without making friends with like-minded leaders and asked him to work with Governor Oparanya so that one of them can remain standing for the 2022 race.
He said just like in 2013 he was again ready to support him for the top seat if he heeded the advice and changed his way of doing things.
“I am already in Government and for me to move to your camp you have to convince me that you are better than this,” said Wangwe.
