They say that Legends never die and that they are never forgotten. Many are the times we have wished that RIP meant Return if Possible. Fans of the fallen Tiger Conrad Njeru have wished that he could wake up and entertain them once again.
Africa’s strongest man, Conrad Njeru, on Wednesday, passed on aged 73 years.
Reports indicated that the celebrated athlete, who was a Kenyan, had been taken to Consolata Hospital Kyeni before his passing.
Njeru, who was from Embu, first fell ill in 2015 after more than seven decades of healthy living and was admitted to the hospital.
He was most famous of pulling outrageous stunts such as breaking six iron nails with his teeth and having a Land Rover pass over his belly.
He won several awards by appearing in exhibitions across Africa including Burundi and Tanzania.
