That’s according to Spanish football expert Jimmy Burns, who believes Mourinho may be set to return to the Bernabeu.
The bookies make Real Madrid the favourite to be Mourinho’s next job after he was sacked by Manchester United.
But Burns told the Daily Star: “I think the Real Madrid fans are divided on Mourinho.
“I think the board of Real Madrid is probably divided on Mourinho.
“And as for the dressing room, clearly if Mourinho came back the first guy who might walk is Ramos.
“So in the sense that there was a great vice between them and there was real tension in the squad when Mourinho was around.
“I find it a very interesting proposition and watch that space. I don’t completely rule it out but I don’t completely rule it in.”
Mourinho will spend the festive period in Portugal after being given the boot and Burns now thinks he will move to China.
“I think Mourinho’s the kind of guy who’s going to follow the money and if the Chinese come up with an interesting proposition, he’ll go to China,” he said.
“It’s very personal. I’m not a great Mourinho fan I’ll be perfectly honest.
“I don’t like his attitude, I don’t like his arrogance.
“And I think his ego has been hugely inflated and turned into a legend, which I don’t think he particularly deserves.
“All I can judge it by is when he was at Real Madrid before – the jury’s out.”
