Arsenal boss pissed off with his players for bad behaviors

Arsenal had to dig deep to bag all three points with a 1-0 win against a resilient Huddersfield team at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday to extend their unbeaten run to 21 games.

But despite the Gunners getting all three points and keeping a clean sheet, Unai Emery was not impressed after three of his players were booked for diving.

Granit Xhaka, Shkodran Mustafi, and Matteo Guendouzi were all yellow carded for simulation and the Arsenal manager gave a brutally honest opinion in his post-match conference saying: ‘

“I don’t want the simulation from our players. I want more rhythm in the match. The opposition can decide when they are with the ball if they want to play. For me, it was a tough match for that. It stopped a lot in fouls, in circumstances. These yellow cards, for me, were good.”

Arsenal, fifth on the table, next play Southampton at St Mary’s on Sunday 16th December.
