Did Lawyer Miguna Miguna forget Kenya’s government system after fully adopting Canadian life? On Wednesday, the lawyer took to his twitter account to blast ODM Party leader Raila Odinga who is his nemesis, for failing to secure some appointments for his tribesmen after merging with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
Miguna argues that even after Raila being brought on board in Jubilee government, he has ensured that there is no any Luo who has been appointed to a real cabinet docket or as a permanent secretary.
The lawyer terms Raila as “the People’s Con-Man” since his historic merging with President Kenyatta through a handshake that was witnessed at Harambee annex on March 9, 2018.
As a way of continuing his war against Raila, Miguna went ahead to say that the ODM leader is so selfish, hypocritical and cowardly that he fears any Luo with concrete ability and/or influence.
Even within the illegitimate regime of @UKenyatta the People’s Con-Man ensured that no Luo was appointed to a real cabinet docket or as a permanent secretary. @RailaOdinga is so selfish, hypocritical and cowardly that he fears any Luo with concrete ability and/or influence. pic.twitter.com/CodHPz2KnP

Did you realise that Miguna said Raila has ensured that no Luo has been appointed to a real cabinet docket or as a permanent Secretary? Permanent Secretary?? This is where he got into problem with Kenyans.
In the current system of government, we have principal Secretaries after cabinet secretaries. Kenyans therefore didn’t keep quiet. They stirred the internet by blasting Miguna, urging him to get informed about the current system of government before posting anything about Kenya.
Here are some of their reactions.
Balderdash! We no longer have Permanent Secretaries in Kenya. We do have Principal Secretaries. Btw who is the PS in charge of Public Service and Youth Affairs and when was he appointed?!!? Please be informed

Be informed first.,otherwise ethnicity is in you than we even imagined

I haven’t read anywhere in the constitution, or any other law, that by shaking hands with President @UKenyatta former premier @RailaOdinga was to become an appointing authority…
Anyway, why would Kenyans stuff bother Canadians?? @MigunaMiguna— Oyoo Clinton (@whip_chief) December 6, 2018
