KPC announced on Tuesday that the current MD has decided he won’t be seeking a second term in office due “due to personal reasons.”
The announcement comes at a time when KPC, under Sang’s watch is under investigations for the loss of 21 million litres of petrol, worth more than sh. 2 billion.
Even though Sang says the oil was spilled in the last two years, oil have sensed foul play and want the company investigated. Sang is also being probed by the DCI over the controversial sh. 1.7 billion Kisumu oil jetty scam.
It is because of these and other scandals that Kenyans want him locked up.
