I am human and I get hurt like everyone else, Anerlisa Mungai rants

Keroche Breweries heiress Anerlisa Muigai has been a victim of body shaming for a very longtime now following her weight which she has reduced but still gets the lash whatsoever.

Despite going through the weight loss journey which is usually not an easy journey to many the beauty CEO does not appreciate the fact that people still body shame her which is quite frustrating.

She has never shied away from talking about her struggle with weight and the process of losing it.

But recently she took to her social media account expressing her disappointment which really hiurts her.

She wrote, “You should be very careful what you say to others. I do not appreciate when people comment on my picture calling me fat and all sorts of words to do with body sized. I am human and I get hurt like everyone else. I am very open with you all on my page but some sort of respect too would be appreciated. #PositiveVibesOnly.”

Last year, she took to social media to share with her fans her transformation having lost 60kgs.

I believe you can be anything you want if you set your mind into it. Worst thing about being big n cute, nobody ever tells you the truth, it's always like " you are big and beautiful " and trust me that very sentence is what gets you to get comfortable with your weight. I used to feel so happy when I was eating but after the food, I got into depression of why couldn't I just start changing my eating habits. We make new year resolutions but when February reaches, everything is forgotten. A habit should be repeated to see results… I know most of you are waiting for my Easter plan but truth be told, you need to start now, stop eating crappy foods like pizzas, Chips, Fatty Nyama Choma, fattening foods in general. My plan will be based on workouts and the right foods but if you cannot start now, then even if the plan is out, you will find it hard to follow. I want to be able to help and that is what will make me feel like i have reached my weight loss goal. (I got you) PS :- For those who have doubts about my weightloss, I ask you to sit back and watch me progress as I have alot more to present 😘 #weightloss #consistency #hardwork #mindset #determination #progress #2YearsProgess #48kgsLost #2kgsLostEveryMonth

“Two years later I never thought I would look into the mirror and appreciate myself. Today, I am 66 kilograms from 124 kilograms. It’s not been easy but I made it. In January, I would like to give everyone who wants to lose weight a chance to do it my way and also do it with me.”
