Kenyans on Twitter are now demanding that Migori Governor Okoth Obado should resign following the case that is following him.
Obado on Monday was arraigned in Court after spending three days at Gigiri police cells.
He however denied charges read to him by Milimani Law Courts Magistrate Lessit who ordered for Obado’s remand at Industrial area prisons after denying his application for bail.
Obado’s hearing into bail application will be on Tuesday afternoon
Kenyans on twitter now demand Obado’s resignation since they claim that running a government office with such like a case is unconstitutional.
Unless Kenya has suspended the Constitution, Governor Obado should have resigned like yesterday. He shouldn’t wait for impeachment. #JusticeForSharon #ObadoInCourt pic.twitter.com/nFIZ51fXUw

Governor Obado must resign if we are still a constitutional order.

If this governor is not impeached ASAP or resigned then this is a serious ASSAULT on the constitution and the Republic is in grave danger. It is my job to tell you fellow countrymen. “Governor Obado”

Obado is facing murder charges linking him to the gruesome death of the slain Rongo University Student and his girlfriend Sharon Otieno.
