Break up rumours have are now surfacing the internet with claims that Abdu Kiba had separated with his newly wedded wife.
The rumour comes months after he said ‘I do’ to his wife Rwahida at a colorful wedding in Dar es Salaam.
According to a source closer to the source the two revealed that Rwahida had moved out of their matrimonial home accusing Kiba’s brother of being a party animal.
The source further added that Abdu Kiba has been coming home late and according to the wife, she feels no love from the bongo artist.
According to the source, ‘’Yaani Abdul kiukweli hana mapenzi kabisa na mkewe nafikiri alimuoa kwa shinikizo litakuwa la wazazi lakini sio mwanamke ambaye amempenda kutoka moyoni kwa sababu mara nyingi mwanamuziki huyo unamkuta Ilala mpaka saa nane usiku ndio anaenda kwake na wala hana muda wa kuongea na mkewe huyo,.’
To this day Abdu Kiba has not confirmed the rumour of the separation.
However Rehema who happens to be his manager said,‘’Hizo habari hata sisi tumezisikia kwamba watu wanasema hivyo lakini naomba kukuhakikishia hakuna ukweli wowote,’’
She further added saying, Abdu enjoys his freedom and he is seen alone at times which may make people jump into their own conclusions.
In her statement she added saying, ‘’Unajua Abdu ni tofauti sana na Ally, yeye mara nyingi anapenda sana kuwa huru sana hivyo watu wakimuona pekee yake wanafikiria hivyo lakini sivyo au wengine wanasema kwa nini hamposti mkewe…’’
Asked whether Rwahida had gone back to her parent’s house she refuted the claims offering Rwahida who she was with at the time, to explain the matter herself.
‘’Hakuna ukweli wowote mimi na mume wangu tupo vizuri tu kama kawaida hakuna kitu kama hicho,’’ the newly wed said.
Alikiba’s kid brother married his sweetheart only two days after his brother married Amina Khalef in Mombasa.
According to speculations, Abdu Kiba lives in his brother’s shadow and just follows what he does. The two weddings that happened over the same weekend seems to confirm this.
After the wedding in Mombasa, friends and relatives had to make their way to Tanzania for Abdu’s wedding. Ommy Dimpoz, Alikiba himself and several other Bongo artists were in attendance.
