Manchester United are to bid cash plus Matteo Darmian for World Cup finalist Ivan Perisic, according to Tuttosport.
The Red Devils have held interest in the Inter Milan winger for some time and were linked with a bid last summer.
Now an offer could become concrete with reports in Italy suggesting they will offer wantaway full-back Matteo Darmian, valued by them at £20million, and cash for the Croatian.
It’s believed the Nerazzurri wanted £53million for the player but his dazzling form in Russia may well have pushed that figure up substantially.
