Arsenal have beaten Manchester United to the signing of Sunderland starlet Sam Greenwood.
The 16-year-old striker hit 21 goals in 26 games for Sunderland’s Under-16s and Under-18s last term.
Posting a picture of himself putting pen to paper, Greenwood wrote: “Today is the start of a new chapter in my life signing for Arsenal.”
