Arsenal are considering a move for Ever Banega with, Gunners boss, Unai Emery eager to be reunited with the Sevilla star. The north London side are looking to strengthen in midfield with the impending arrival of Lucas Torreira. However, with Jack Wilshere’s departure, Emery will demand another signing in that department and report has it that the Gunners want the Argentinian.
Sevilla are said to be demanding the sum of €12 million for the 29-year-old, whose his versatility bound to appeal to Emery. Capable at being deployed as a No.5 or even a No.10, Banega’s slick passing would fit perfectly into Emery’s preferred style of play.
