Gor Mahia striker Meddie Kagere walked away with the Sportpesa Super Cup golden boot after scoring four goals at the tournament including one in the 2-0 win over Simba in the finals
Kagere scored in all the three matches that Gor played in and was instrumental as the club defended the trophy they won last year in Tanzania and also booked a ticket to play Everton in England.
The Rwandese Forward scored a header in the 3-0 win over Jeshi la Kujenga Uchumi (JKU) from Zanzibar and a brace against Singinda.
Gor goalkeeper Shaban Odhoji was awarded the golden gloves after failing to concede a goal in the entire tournament.
