Tottenham Hotspur is ready to make a bid midfielder Jack Grealish of Aston Villa, Telegraph reports.
22-year-old is valued at £40m but their Spurs chairman Daniel Levy believes tha he can get Grealish for as little as £15m.
Villa are in financial strife so may be forced to sell for less than they believe Grealish is worth.
