Real Madrid have reportedly told Cristiano Ronaldo that they will not satisfy his economic demands in a hypothetical contract renewal.
Ronaldo’s agent Mendes held a meeting with senior Madrid figures on Tuesday and informed his client of their stance afterwards.
The two parties are expected to hold another meeting on Thursday, while the player has told his camp he wants to know his future before the start of the World Cup.
