Crystal Palace are targeting £12million Japan star Hiroki Sakai despite their rumoured money troubles, according to reports.Eagles boss Roy Hodgson needs a right-back and fancied Ryan Fredericks before he joined West Ham so he has switched his attention to the Marseille man, claims the standard.
Palace were threatened with insolvency and warned they could be struck off the companies register at the start of June for being more than two months late with their financial figures.
