Argentina looking for payback at the World Cup

Manchester United defender and Argentinian footballer Marcos Rojo has said that Argentina “want payback” for their World Cup agony from the 2014 competition in Brazil.

Argentina lost to Germany in the 2014 world at the final with a 1-0 defeat to Germany courtesy of Mario Gotze’s extra-time goal.

According to Rojo, “Obviously, it’s a really important thing and a big deal for any Argentinian to wear that shirt,We really feel the shirt a lot and we defend our colours.

He further added saying,”We really feel the shirt a lot and we defend our colours. We give everything when we are wearing it and we want payback for the way things happened at the last World Cup.”

wArgentina will take on Croatia and Nigeria in the group stages of this summer’s tournament.
