The Daily Express reports that PSV’s teenage sensation Steven Bergwijn has been highlighted as a potential suitor to join the Pochettino revolution in North London, after the youngster became a focal point of the Dutch side’s league winning team this year.
Bergwijn has emerged this season as one of Hollands brightest prospects. At 20-years-old he already has a league title to his name, and it’s this winning mentality that Spurs have so desperately needed in their squad in recent years.
Bergwijn can play with both feet comfortably and doesn’t have a preferred foot, which enables him to be played on either flank; and it’s this versatility that has made the youngster one of Europe’s most desirable assets.
