Mourinho not Close to Managing Portugal National Team

Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho has said he is not close to taking over the Portugal national team because he wants to play matches every week.

“I am not close at all. I think being the coach of a club is my job, because I need to play matches every week and train every day.” Mourinho said when he was asked the question during an interview with ‘GQ Magazine’

The Portuguese has had an illustrious club career that has seen him manage Porto, Chelsea, Inter, Real Madrid and now at Manchester United. He has won two Champions league titles and a league title at every club he has managed.

Many people expect him to manage Portugal before he retires.
