Save for an unexpected incident, Everton’s next manager will be Portuguese boss Marco Silva.
Marco Silva’s last post in the Premier League ended in January 2018, when he given the heave-ho from Watford.
Everton had tried to sign Silva from Watford before the Toffees eventually hired Sam Allardyce.
Fast-forward to the present, and Everton finally look set to lock down their long-term managerial target.
According to the Times on Tuesday, Everton’s Marco Silva announcement is imminent:
Marco Silva will be confirmed as Everton’s new manager in the next 48 hours.
The Portuguese coach has agreed an initial three-year deal, with his representatives having met Everton officials yesterday.
