Uganda Cranes head coach Sebestien Desabre says his side showed great effort in the clash against Central Africa Republic.
Cranes suffered a 1-0 loss as they faced off with CAR at Stade Général Seyni Kountché in Niamey on Wednesday night.
“We played and fought well during the match. I saw the effort of fighting spirit from all the players. Unfortunately, it was just one mistake that cost us. We shall plan ahead for the next match and we have to improve,” he told Fufa.
Uganda will face Niger in the next friendly at the same venue.
