Angel Di Maria,Paris Saint-Germain midfielder has expressed his intentions of joining Atletico Madrid.
He has enjoyed a successful three-year period at the Parc des Princes, where he has scored 50 goals and made 124 appearances in all competitions.
However, with just a year remaining on his deal, Di Maria has previously acknowledged that he could be sold during the summer with PSG looking to improve their standing with FFP.
Reports have indicated that Di Maria contacted Argentine compatriot Diego Simeone regarding a potential switch to Atletico Madrid, who finished as La Liga runners-up this season.
Di Maria has previously represented city rivals Real Madrid, but it appears that the playmaker is keen to play for Atletico during the next campaign.
